As a POLYTOP customer, you can request your specific hazardous substances and occupational safety documentation (GAD) free of charge.

After sending your request, you will receive the following documents by e-mail: list of hazardous substances (GSV), operating instructions (BA), EC safety data sheets (MSDS), proof of instruction according to GefStoffV §14 (form), supplier certificate for your company logbook, skin protection plan. The basis of the documentation are the POLYTOP products ordered via your POLYTOP customer number during the last 365 days.
